The Vehicle wasn’t available upon pick up - therefore a vehicle swap was initiated with the assistance of the Host but somehow failed. The Host Couple is very accommodating 5 stars for them! TURO Help Centre have created so much issues in regard to the Vehicle swap and I’m still currently going through issues due to incompetence! I have been charged an invoice for a car I never used. Terrible experience as a consumer.
