It's a beast of car, and fantastic family car, in mint condition. Host is always great, timely responsive and cooperative for early morning pickup, highly recommended for Turo community, will certainly keep coming.

The car itself was great, clean, and performed very well during our trip. However, the overall experience was stressful.
I had originally paid for home delivery, but later the host requested that I change the pickup and return location to Merrylands because delivery could not be provided. I also had to modify the trip timings and location based on the host’s requests, which resulted in confusion and unexpected charges appearing through Turo.
Although Turo support eventually helped resolve the issues, the process caused unnecessary stress and required considerable time communicating with both the host and Turo support.
Future guests should ensure that all changes regarding delivery, pickup locations, return timings, and fees are clearly confirmed and correctly updated in the Turo app before proceeding
