The car performance is excellent. When I picked it up, it was tidy both exterior and interior, and the fuel was filled up to full. Moreover, Alan is a nice and friendly host.

Great car, pickup was easy. Dropoff was a bit tough as there is no dedicated parking and the street was under construction, so I had to drive around for a bit to find onstreet parking that wasn't signed or metered. But this is Sydney :)
