Great car great person to deal with

Car broke down on the highway with mechanical issue which wasn’t ideal. Jim was very helpful in communicating with us about what to do, however we had no alternative way of getting back to Sydney. Note to anyone hiring in the future just make sure the car runs well before hiring.
Hi Ryan, thanks for using my vehicle and it is quite unfortunate that this has happened during your trip. It also didn't help that due to the remoteness of your location, I and Turo was not able to provide a replacement vehicle.
My vehicles are always in tip top condition and are always serviced on time thus why this incident is really unprecedented.
The vehicle has now been repaired and is ready for its next trip. Feel free to be in touch next time you're back.
