I originally hired a BMW but got told the day before it had been involved in an accident, then negotiated for the Q2, smaller & of lesser value but I agreed. The Q2 was returned early as there were multiple mechanical issues with the vehicle, making the trip very uncomfortable. The vehicle had a lot of cosmetic damage aswell which was very off putting.
John and team then offered another replacement of a VW which is clearly well below class, size and value of my original booking.
