Pickup and drop off was easy.
We thought the car had somewhat weak engine and we couldn't get Android Auto to work (it requires a "special" cable).
The owner was easy to communicate with and we would not mind renting from them again, but perhaps a slightly different model.
Small things: The inside of the front windshield was not very clean and windshield wipers could use a fresh replacement.
