We’re sorry for the mechanical issue experienced during your trip. The vehicle is regularly serviced by the Mahindra dealership and had completed prior trips without issue. Guest safety and vehicle reliability are extremely important to us, and we’re disappointed that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to provide. Despite diligent servicing and preventative maintenance, unforeseen mechanical issues can occasionally still occur.
Car was in excellent condition, smooth drive interior very clean aswell as the outside. Overall was a very smooth drive. Thank you again!

Car quality was excellent, host was very friendly and accommodating. Would advise giving a set pickup location before arrival as not everyone is familiar with Brisbane Airport. Would surely recommend Barkha's services to family and friends. Thank you very much.
