Really disappointing. First RAV4 had a bald tire, and then hybrid engine failed. Host/cohost set us up with a back up older Nissan at the last minute, although it also had tire pressure issues, FOB didn’t have batteries, poorly maintained. struggled to reach co-host during one of our problem days, until we said we are cutting hire short. I get it , if you advertise and hire out a fleet of cars that are 7-12 yrs old there’s going to be problems, but this felt much more systemic.
