Everything was simple and easy. Just like you want when avoiding rental car agencies

Everything went well with pick up and drop off. Hosts were lovely and easy to communicate with. The car was also good to drive. Unfoetunately it was quite dirty and had items left inside including an empty bottle of alcohol.

I had a really horrible experience renting from these guys. I will list them below as unfortunately there was multiple things that happened
- the car wasn’t where it was meant to be at pickup. I had arranged for the car to be at the airport and after a long flight I wanted the ease of picking it up and driving to my accomodation but Instead it was at another location 30min away which added another 45min to my travel.
- the car wasn’t cleaned between me and the last guest. In fact it was trashed with the scent of cigarette smoke and stickiness from soda split/ food down the cracks of the seats ect. They did reimburse me $100 to get it clean but it was not acceptable and I had to take my own time to deal with it.
- the day after I rented the car the car wouldn’t start, I realised the battery of the key was dyeing and unfortunately ended up missing a class I had booked myself into and couldn’t get my money back for. When I went to the mitre 10 to buy the battery so the key would work I sent them the invoice and they never paid. Which put me out of pocket $10 and again me having to deal with something I shouldn’t have had to.
