I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Turo! Alex was an absolutely wonderful host — extremely helpful, generous, communicative and so easy to get in touch with throughout the entire rental.
Picking up the car couldn’t have been easier. Alex provided really clear and informative instructions along with photos, which I appreciated so much, especially as I was picking up family from the airport and already had plenty to organise! He made the whole process feel incredibly easy, safe and stress-free.
The car itself was very tidy, comfortable and absolutely perfect for my family. Having Apple CarPlay was also a huge help as we were travelling around quite a bit and relying on GPS.
This rental played such an important part in the time I got to spend with my family visiting from overseas, and I’m genuinely so happy that my first Turo experience was with Alex. His kindness and helpfulness took away so much of the stress and allowed me to simply enjoy having my family here and making memories with them.
I honestly couldn’t thank Alex enough and would happily rent from him again. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
