After about two weeks, the car suddenly wouldn’t start. Roadside assistance couldn’t identify the issue. Although the host responded quickly, they didn’t arrange to collect or replace the car, and I had to contact Turo repeatedly to resolve the situation. I eventually had to end the trip, losing three days. Turo’s support was helpful, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Had some issues with the key fob and skeleton key not working and so I couldn’t access the vehicle on two occasions. I had to buy a new battery twice, and the problem persisted. Despite the inconvenience the vehicle owner was always friendly, responsive and apologetic and helped as best he could so I can’t fault him at all
