Last-minute rental after our car broke down, and Minh was incredibly responsive and understanding. Everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommended

Great experience! This vehicle was clean, comfortable and perfect for getting around Melbourne for the week. Being an AWD it was a smooth drive with lots of space for luggage or Costco runs. Pick up and drop off were easy and the host communicated well. Overall, great experience would happily rent again.

Host were absolutely lovely to deal with. I was slightly surprised to see a $10 convenience fee added for fuel, considering we had to go pick up the host to have him drop us to the airport. I thought this would be wavered for our inconvenience and the fact I had just put $30 in before arriving at his house ( so over $60 for half a tank) The car however was excellent and perfect for our trip.
