Car was empty when I first picked it up but Evertything else was good

Car quality was ok, disappointed that the Tiguan I originally selected was swapped for the one I received. When I arrived to collect the one I originally selected was out the back and available, the plates matched my original selection but the images showed a leather interior while the actual car did not have one.
I also added a baby seat for a 16 month old, the seat was paid for with the order and the age of the child confirmed with Turo on the day of collection. when I collected the car there was no seat so I had to ask, one was brought out but it was not suitable for my child (forward facing only) so the person onsite went to swap it, bringing another forward facing seat. He said he had more out the back but they were hard to get to, I offered to help and went back with him, there was no suitable seat.
The car itself was fine, the process and communication was difficult and painful.

Picking up was not at the airport; it was instead a 15-minute walk from the airport, which was very inconvenient. I would recommend being clearer about where the pickup is rather than suggesting that it is actually at the airport.

It is stated in the description when booking that an uber or shuttle will take you to our branch so you don't need to walk.

Car was nice and clean host was polite and helpful. If you are coming from airport an Uber is arranged for pickup and drop off, if you have any questions for the host, msging with the app was easy to use and you get a fast reply day and night. Thankyou for the grate experience 10/10
