Host was great always on time in responding to messges
some areas to improve on probaly showing how to locate lock box with a larger image of the lock box in the instructions,(especially for first time users ) whilst distance from lock box to actual vehicle was less than 100mtrs and if you have lots of travel bags ,it can be an issue if you travelling alone etc.
parking the car back the actual street entrance needed to be more clear as entrance was different to the exit.
Vehicle was really great and so economical and really low cost running.
Will hire gain now that I know how a lockbox looks like 😊
