We're sorry you found the pickup process difficult. Our parking facility is only 2 minutes from the airport, our complimentary shuttle runs every 10 minutes, and the designated pickup area is clearly signposted by the airport. We also send detailed pickup instructions to every customer , which you didn't reply . We also asked you to call us but you didnt . Thousands of customers use the same process without issue, and we've designed it to be as straightforward and convenient as possible.
