Pickup process was smooth, car ran well during our three day hire but had some issues while completing our return journey. The customer service team were friendly and efficient in organising a tow.

Returned the car on the first day because it was damaged before we took it, didn't get a refund or response the car owner is a scammer and turo's customer support is impossible to deal with 0 stars never again, need to take it to court to get my money back
The vehicle was driven at 190 km/h while heavily loaded. Multiple warning alerts were ignored, which resulted in engine failure. Repair costs total $12,000.
We maintain a 100% five-star rating across all other trips and do not accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse.
