I had an amazing experience with this rental car service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and when the original vehicle had an issue, they upgraded me to a better car at no extra hassle.

Pickup process was smooth, car ran well during our three day hire but had some issues while completing our return journey. The customer service team were friendly and efficient in organising a tow.

Returned the car on the first day because it was damaged before we took it, didn't get a refund or response the car owner is a scammer and turo's customer support is impossible to deal with 0 stars never again, need to take it to court to get my money back
