The car was great, and so was customer service. I requested a car with collection and drop off at Gold Coast Airport, which is slightly deceiving. The location for collection and drop of is actually just over the border in NSW, and although a shuttle is organised during business hours, I was collecting the vehicle after hours. Upon asking how I was expected to get there, an Uber was organised for me. Collection and drop off are on a dark road, with no people around. It can be a little confronting at night when collecting a car in an unknown location with vulnerable passengers. I would recommend looking into this before booking.
Other than that, there were no issues. Customer service was responsive, and the car was great.
