Great drive, served the 2 month purpose!! Clean car on pick up and seamless experience. One negative was the change of location at the end for return but the driving experience covers for that !

Car was good and well maintained! No complaints with that! I did have some troubles with the car seat but Damien understood the seriousness of the issue and organised another one for me quickly.
My only concern was that I requested for a car to be picked up and dropped off at the airport which couldn’t be accommodated due to Turos policy but Damien and his crew booked uber for us from the airport till their site.
A bit inconvenient in that regard but apart from that, no complaints!

Car and the customer service were both excellent.
Audi A3 was spotless & drove extremely well while the pick up; drop off & the couple of queries I had along the way were handled most efficiently & without fuss by Damien, the host, who i found very easy to deal with.

Excellent car and service. Cannot fault at all.

The car itself was great and the check-in process went smoothly. However, the check-out was disappointing. I followed the instructions exactly as given, returned the car to the correct location, and even waited for the host, but was still unfairly charged a $50 “wrong check-out” fee. This was frustrating as I respected all the rules.

For the next renter: be careful at check-out. If the same situation happens to you, make sure to contact customer support directly — they can review the evidence and refund you if you are not at fault.
