Hi Islam,
This is not the case. Upon returned, the car engine was operating normally, with no issues at all. I have test drive it myself after it was return and was running. Advised by roadside as well that car has no issues.
You have returned the car with damage to the interior lining and in an excessively dirty and filthy condition.
I think you are just looking for an excuse to get a refund and benefiting you.
It is such ashame to have a guest like you renting and destroying host's car.
