Car was clean, serviced and ready to go. Unlike regular rentals we got exactly what we booked and expected.
Our host gets 11/10! Communication was friendly and easy. When Yufu knew where we were staying pickup and drop-off arrangements were adjusted to make it easier for us - unexpected but very much appreciated.
This was our first Turo experience but won't be our last.
