Phoc is a great host. Super friendly, helpful & accommodating to me picking up the car an hour earlier and dropping the car back the night before. I really appreciated that as I had other commitments to tend to. Pick up location and handover was smooth and easy and Phoc is an excellent communicator. Always replies to messages promptly. The vehicle was fantastic too. It's a hybrid so great on petrol savings. Costs approx $100 full tank. Leather seats, very modern and extremely clean. The car has all the mod cons too. Great aircon, easy sync to your phone for Google maps and music. This was my first time driving a Haval Jolian and it was fantastic. Really nice car.
