The host was great, made booking extremely easy and very helpful overall.
The car, not so good. The car should not of been on the road. It made clunking sounds that showed the suspension was gone and made the ride very rough. When you went to hop on the highways and get to to speed it sounded like an Axel or something was going to break. This car needs some attention before it is hired out again.
When we alerted of the noises, we got a prompt reply and about a mechanic possibly attending and then we heard nothing again about it.
We cleaned it internally as it was not left in a good condition on pick up either. Handed back in a cleaner condition also.
We feel we paid for a car that we didnt get the true value from as we were worried we would break down on the side of the road due to the sounds on the vehicle. We feel compensation should be given as any mechanic would say that car needs work.
We also left our keys in the vehicle which were confirmed were there and since then we have heard no more on whether posted or not (we said we would pay for) i understand people get busy but its almost like since we finished with the vehicle we were no longer a priority.

As I have mentioned to you. We rushed over to the car which was parked at the airport to retrieve your keys before the next guest. Your keys are in our possession. I had already messaged you that I had retrieve the keys but I don’t see any mention of that here. Nonetheless and again I will take the time to go to the post office and put your house keys and car keys in a registered package and send them over to Western Australia for you. Slightly worn bush has been replaced. All the best
Was a little dirty interior and a bit older in condition. Host was responsive and gave good instruction.
