The car itself was fine. The airport pickup at OOL is not managed by UR Drive. They are just a middle company and it's not clear in the listing.
You may as well hire with the original hire business , in which when I searched was $40 cheaper.
Best thing about TURO app is streamline pickup of car. This was not it.
