Great car, outside is a bit dented from hail with some front end damage.

Car interior was bit old and had hail damage all over it .However, mechanically it was good and reliable.

That is not why you were charged a fee. The reason you were charged is because you were late returning & you did not respond to our messages. It's a Turo requirement you provide the start & end of trip photos which you did not & therefore there was no proof of what time you returned the vehicle. Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

Friendly and easy service from start to finish. The car was great to drive and very fuel-efficient. Although I was given a blue vehicle instead of the exact one advertised, it was still the same Mitsubishi within that category. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I would happily hire again. Thanks heaps!
