Hi Melissa, thanks for your feedback. Please note that we had our car serviced by MyCar Greensborough just 3,000km before you rented it (as per the sticker in the windscreen), with no issues reported. The mechanic just hasn't reset the service notification in the dashboard which may have mislead you. Also the car was washed, vacuumed and sanitised using automotive wipes the day before you rented it. There's no issues with the tyres or windscreen as we check prior and post renting each time.
