The child seat is not suitable for an infant. It is for a six-month old and older with a minimum height requirement. Our child was old enough but the seat was too big for him. We made do as we only went on short trips, but if we had it for longer or if someone with a younger/smaller child booked it, it would not be suitable. Otherwise, the car itself was great, clean and modern.
Thanks for your feedback and noting that the car was great. Regarding child seat based on the adjustments on it is suitable from 1 months to 4 years children. From 4 years onward booster seat is needed.

Quality of the car we eventually got was perfect no issues with it at all. What disappointed me was the time leading to pickup. With the car i originally booked being a Kia I had to settle for this mg after the company changing my booking for multiple reasons. One being that someone had gone and booked the Kia I’d booked for longer, after I’d booked and paid for it. I had to settle for an older model of Toyota which wasn’t nearly as nice, very disappointing. And then, 30 minutes before pickup for that car I got a text saying they don’t have that car cos someone didn’t return it. 30 minutes before?!? Cmon now, I was about to head out the door. They sent me a few options to change two all of which were way smaller than the car id originally booked and with no option for a price change I eventually settled with the MG. As I said no issues with the car at all, once you get it it’s perfect. But the constant changes with my booking really affected my mood toward booking another car with these guys.

I am not entirely sure about your feedback as I do not have either Kia or Toyota in my fleet and have not been changing any of your bookings. In Turo when you book the car, unless you are booking from the same host who has been changing your booking feedback goes against the host who you rented from last, so essentially you just marked me down for something I have not done as it was aimed at the other host or platform mechanics.

Great communication easy pick up and drop off.

Car was nicer than the images showed and we requested it dropped off and it was punctual and clean. Car ran well and was fit for purpose.
Only issue we had was the fact that MGs for some reason have the indicator on the left not the right, and the lane assist kept micro adjusting the steering in narrow lanes or when crossing junctions. The car itself and the service provided was excellent, just i dont think MGs are for me!
