Car has not been mechanically maintained unfortunately. Car broke down but owner was quick to respond and organise a mechanic. Mechanic looked over the car and pointed out multiple issues due to lack of servicing. Car was great internally and served its purpose well. Exterior had damage that had rusted in a handful of spots.

Hi Melissa, thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry this experience fell short of expectations. For future guests, it's worth noting the tyres were replaced four months ago and the car has been serviced, with the brakes and battery inspected at the time. Unfortunately, the battery were drained exceeding the limit during the trip. We dispatched a mechanic immediately when you raised your concerns and replaced the battery on the spot. I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.
