Car was great but pick up was misleading because while the car was said to be picked up at MEL it was actually a 15-20 minute drive away in a local suburb. We were picked up by the host and driven to it. This is not what was advertised. Otherwise everything went to plan and the hosts were very nice and accommodating.

Thanks for the feedback. The pickup spot was confirmed before the trip — and we personally drove you to the car, no taxi needed. On return we offered free valet pickup and waited 30 mins past the agreed time at no charge. That's the service we try to give every guest, while prices kept low.
