Car had back Tyer issues. Made a very bad noise all the way to gold coast. I took it yo a Mechanic & he said breaks are really bad along with replacement of back wheels. Could be bettings. Francesca said she would get it to her mechanic. It was not road worthy & dangerous.

Franziska was an excellent communicator and incredibly kind and flexible, making pick up and drop off super easy. The car is perfect - amazing for navigating the hinterlands area while feeling safe and spacious. Has absolutely everything you need like Bluetooth connection and was clean and tidy. 10/10 recommend and will be reaching out to Franziska to book again in the future :)
