This was a last minute booking as the car we wanted to rent was in a crash and the trip was cancelled because of that.
The car was comfortable. The CarPlay was abit wonky and got disconnected multiple times during the trip, even after changing multiple usb, it does not work. Ended up not using the CarPlay and used our mobile phone directly.
Shyam was friendly, easy to communicate with. Pick up was very confusing as the car was left at the value carpark and parking was not paid for so had quite a bit of an issue trying to get out of the parking even when speaking to the customer service at the intercom. It took us like 20mins before we managed to get out of the carpark gantry after going back and forth with customer service.
The return process was smooth and hassle-free besides the parking fee reimbursement was missed.
Overall, probably would rent from Shyam again in the future.
