Hi Laurie, thanks for your feedback and understand your frustration. Unfortunately there was a major failure which we tried to address for you roadside however it wasn't possible.
We tried our best with what we were able to do with low availablity of parts from suppliers due to the Christmas break.
Alex was reliable, responsive, and a gent! Would book one of his cars again!

Very good quality of the car, the owner very friendly and attentive and the pick-up area is also good

Everything great, car worked fantastic, was great communication and flexibility as well.
One thing the car didn’t register a door being closed properly, had to do it a few times, just a side note.
