Unfortunately, our trip was significantly disrupted when the vehicle experienced a sudden mechanical failure and broke down while stationary in heavy traffic on the Bruce Highway, becoming completely immobilised and requiring towing. Due to a major earlier incident on the freeway, we were delayed for several hours and ultimately had to secure another vehicle from a different host late in the evening. Communication during the process was polite; however, the breakdown itself created a stressful and unsafe situation, particularly with children present. I would recommend future guests confirm recent servicing and roadside support arrangements prior to booking.
Hi Nesh, Still waiting for diagnostic to be done to see what went wrong. And as mentioned previously, all our cars are well maintained and we can show the service record if you hire from us again in future. All the best.
