Car was great and service was good. Turo unlike a rental car mean’t I couldn’t drop my car off early at the airport. Myself and a mate both rented from Turo for the same amount of time on this trip. He was able to drop his car at the airport parking garage at no extra cost and it cost me an extra $27. Not a huge deal but a little annoying the extra expense to give the car back less than an hour early. My host had a medical appointment so couldn’t move things which I get. I just haven’t experienced having to meet a person at the airport for drop offs with Turo before when friends have used the app. Usually it’s always a drop at the airport car park as a built in expense already.

It works both ways. The guest booked an inaccurate pickup time, and actual planned pickup was outside our operating hours. We paid the $25 parking fee to accommodate the later pickup. The guest then requested - at very short notice - to return the car 2.5 hours before their booked end time, which we couldn’t accommodate on this occassion, so they were asked to cover parking. We then collected the car 20 minutes before their official booked trip end time.
I cannot fault the friendly and pro level customer service, the ease of the process and most importantly the vehicle. Immaculate presentation and a fantastic drive. Highly recommend.

This car made my entire trip an amazing experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, everything was fantastic. I would definitely love to rent from this owner again on my next trip.

Highly recommend! The car was in great condition, but what truly made this rental amazing was the host. We had a small mishap during the trip, and the host was incredibly understanding, professional, and helpful in resolving it. Communication was flawless from start to finish. Would definitely rent from them again!
