The car is very clean and in a good condition. The process of getting and returning the car is very easy :)

Clean, pick up and drop off is straight forward.
Needed to turn in car 3 days early and wasn’t able to receive any credit which would’ve been good.
2nd rental with Johnny. Consistent communication and quick to respond

Car was easy to drive and in good condition. Pickup location a little out of the way but easy instructions for pick up.

Thanks for the feedback. The car maintenance light will light up as a reminder 1000km prior to it due for a service. The car wasn't due for service when you pick up the car.
The rear seatbelt was working fine when you picked up the vehicle. It was noted that, it is a common problem for the badge of CX-5 and currently being rectified by Mazda dearlership.

This was my second time renting from Johnny and it was great. Car is clean and well maintained. Contactless pickup and drop-off was easy and quick.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
