Easy pick up and drop off, great communication very affordable cars. However the car was quite dirty when we picked it up.

Car was not clean and as tidy as I would expect from a professional vehicle rental service. When I arrived the car was not ready for pick up and I had to wait for the vehicle to be retrieved from the parking lot.
Apologies you had to wait. We are a very large rental company with hundreds of cars. If the car was not clean you could not have accepted it or wait till it was cleaned. Thank you for your review.
