The car was comfortable, spacious and new but hard to find in a huge car park and tricky to set up on the Tesla app and car menu. There are too many confusing features that are controlled only by a large touch screen.

We’ve since confirmed that “Pickup and Return Instructions” included in your Turo reservation were unfortunately not displaying correctly for you - instructions which have helped 35 past customers on the Turo platform to easily locate vehicles. This issue has now been raised with Turo for resolution.

Vehicle was in perfect condition and the host was so great in the comms. Will admit that I don't think I'm the biggest fan of a Tesla after this holiday - it's all a bit too automatic for me. But that's possibly just me and nothing bad about the car or the host!

The entire experience was incredible, car drove amazingly, host was very friendly. Car was a little hard to find at first but once we got it everything else was a dream

Everything went incredibly smoothly with our rental. The response time was excellent, the car was exactly as described—perfect condition and very clean—and the welcome was warm and professional. Overall, a truly great experience. Highly recommended!
