Good car, but don’t rely on the online pictures! Pictures showed car with 7 seats and no grid in the back. We got a car with 5 seats and a luggage barrier grid.
Questions in the chat remained not answered. Person at pick up was hectic and not too nice.
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.
