I had an excellent experience with this Audi Q5! The car quality was great and it was a pleasure to drive. A huge thanks to the host, communication was incredibly clear, positive, and easy from start to finish.
The pickup and return process was smooth, though I did notice the area is quite dark for night-time returns. I’d suggest installing some perimeter or security lights just to help with visibility after hours. Overall, a definite 5/5 experience and I will absolutely book with this team again. Keep up the great work! 👍🏼

Frustrating and unprofessional experience
My experience with this Turo host was extremely disappointing. The car isn't parked at the airport as advertised, so you will have to spend money on uber to reach the destination which the host agreed to refund. Upon reaching, there was no one there and we had to wait almost 45 mins beyond our pick up time. The car wasnt ready as it was showing as no Adblue, given the delay, i was told, i should get it filled it saying we’d be reimbursed. Since returning the car, I’ve had to chase them multiple times to get the money back. Despite repeated messages, I’ve received no response. It’s unacceptable to make customers keep following up for something that should be handled promptly and professionally. Very poor communication and accountability overall.
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

Uncertainty in drop off. Not knowing when or if an Uber would show up. Would have helped to know more about the drop off/pick up process in advance.
