I booked a Q5 from Turo for my honeymoon in Tassie. The entire trip was nothing but exceptional. The car was given in a neat condition, with all good features, the pick up and drop off also was a breeze.
What stood out was the over and above customer service since the get go, I was contacted by Gigi and she followed up on every possible step, my flight got delayed at Melb by 5 hours and I was only reaching the Depo past 9pm, I was very worried if I wouldn’t be able to pick up the car but Gigi, Aiza were so accommodating and made sure Saurave was available past working hours to make sure my wife and I had our ride for the trip.
Thoroughly impressed with Turo and the service.
