We had a good pick and return car. We had a puncture tire that needed to be changed. We had miscommunication on the phone which said yes to change tire and no answer written on the chat or no answer after sometime a week. A bit stressful situation. Maybe too many people are host. I counted 11 persons as hosts. Hard to find info on the web site about tire problem. The car was good otherwise. Too bad our problem was not solved efficiently.
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

Car was great. It said airport pickup. My only issue was it says airport pick up but it was actually 5km from the airport.
Thanks for the review, Romal! We’re happy you enjoyed the car. Unfortunately, Turo doesn’t have an agreement with the airport, so direct pickups aren’t permitted. That’s why we arrange a quick shuttle to and from our depot, just a few minutes away. We really appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you again!
