I originally booked a newer vehicle with Jacob approximately 30 days before my trip but unfortunately 4 days prior to my trip Jacob advised a long term customer had needed to extend their trip and would be keeping the vehicle I had booked in advanced, so I was offered this Mazda cx5 which I had no choice but to accept due to the short notice which overall aside from the slightly smaller boot was adequate, the fuel economy was good at approximately 8L/100km, vehicle was clean and tidy, and performed well, I did note the front tires were in borderline condition at the time I picked it up, overall I had an adequate experience and would likely book again but would have preffered to have received the vehicle I had originally booked in advance, thanks again

I offered the swap and mentioned I had a long term guest but you could have refused and I would have given this car to the long term guest. You didn’t seem to mind and said it was fine.
The boot in the Mazda cx5 is actually bigger than the car you booked.
I still left you 5 stars even though you damaged the car. It’s a little disappointing as I mentioned I offered to settle for a smaller account when the damage repair would have been significantly higher so saved you money
