Overall extremely easy to collect and return. Very responsive and friendly team throughout the process. Had a slight battery related issue but otherwise able to resolve it easily. Pickup and drop off location very easy and convenient.

We’re glad pickup, return and communication were easy.
All our cars are regularly maintained, but battery failure can happen unexpectedly.
When a battery dies or voltage drops too low, the car’s computer temporarily triggers the check engine light due to low-voltage fault codes.
We appreciate your patience and are glad it was resolved easily.
