The C-HR is in great condition pick up and drop was smooth generally very recommend

Complete mess with pick up. Zero care factor I was made so late for appointments where I couldn’t reschedule either as didn’t bother to respond to msgs either. Car wasn’t fuelled up, dirty outside, not bad but not entirely clean inside & didn’t smell bad except for the ash in the cup holder that was there from the last time I rented the car a few weeks ago. Still had their personal stuff in the car aswell. Did not respond to any messages the previous day to try to sort something out for the inconvenience as needed to book another day due to the stuff around and didn’t even bother to respond and try to come up with a resolution or solution to compensate for the stuff around. Being cup weekend could t find another car and it’s impossible to find a car.

The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free. The host was very responsive and flexible, which made the whole process super easy. Definitely recommend renting from them and would happily book again!
