Everything was good, the car worked perfectly and the host was kind

Lili messed up big time on returning the car. She agreed to let me go wash the car an instead called Turo to complain for missing vehicle which is unreasonable. She even included previous damages in the current report saying she there is a possibility of it happening during the rental period although no prior evidence. She was rude and didn’t check out when asked too.
