The car was comfortable but not the cleanest. Recommend for a day trip.
Hi Paula. I am truly sorry I did not met your expectations for this rental. I do feel that the rating is a bit harsh. The car is street parked and will never be perfectly clean, a full wash costs $60, which is more than I make from your 1 day trip. To give a 3 star for convenience makes no sense as I gave you the precise location of the car and opened it remotely as soon as you arrived. I sent you clear instructions, before, during and after the trip, 4 stars for communication, how is that fair?
