Car broke down very unreliable and did not refund my trip partially as I only drive the car for one out of the 2 nights

A car will break down if you drive it overheated until you blow up the engine….

Next time let us know and we will swap you into another car straight away.

I had trouble with the trip from the first go . I had trouble starting the car. Sent message battery seemed on its way out . Then the car started. So I went because I was on my way to work. Then end of my day I was stranded in the dark . The car didn't start I walked home my phone was flat. It was dark and got home charged my phone. Contacted 24hr help. And my host. I was then told by host that I should of used second key. I then rode back in dark to the car . Car worked. I asked where I was written about the key situation. He firstly said why didn't you contact me sooner . .I said I mentioned day 1 the battery seemed flat. Plus my phone died. This caused me much grief and I missed my last coaching session. Which is my job. Plus I couldn't contact them to say I was gone. I was also told by host why didn't I contact him sooner ... my phone had died Plus my very first comment to him was the battery seemed flat. He then said its written in the car manual in comments .. I asked for a refund for that day . Which I would of done for my client. Considering all things. . The car steering isn't great the air con didn't work . But if I had of known the key situation and he took charge and helped me for the event I would feel its fair. But his response and I returned the car one day early which was denied. But it was returned one day early anyways, I mentioned I was returning early also but no its been a really hard trip. I would recommend yes take the car if the price reflexs what you get. Its old car not working air con . And you know the keys situation go for it....

A 3 day trip to Brisbane, we opted to book a Turo car last minute after comparing cost to Uber rides. Photos displayed on add are not recent. No issues with picking up the car but had issues throughout the duration of having the car. The second day, the aircon would not start until 20-25mins into the car trip and we were in Brisbane on 35degrees day. Car made a lot of noises while driving or even when we would just start the car to try and get the aircon on and car cool before hopping in (have a video of this). We were worried if the car was going to die on us. I’m giving two stars for the service and communication, great person but the car was not worth the cost. Since we were there for such a short time, we didn’t have enough time to cancel, explain why and wait for another car to be available as we had plans and places to be by certain times. Again, communication was no issue and owner was polite but it was the vehicle itself. Thanks
