Noor was helpful and communicative throughout and allowed us to drop the car off early at a different location. Pick up wasn’t as smooth as we were waiting in the location to be met but having heard nothing messaged 10 mins later only to be told the car was already there waiting. The fuel tank wasn’t full and it was unclear if we were meant to fill it up which we did anyway as I hadn’t heard back when asking the question the day prior. However the car was smooth and easy to drive and no issues in that regard. Thanks Noor
