Returned at 9:00am. Communication was fairly OK - pickup was a drama and communication upon return was difficult. Otherwise OK.
What sort of drama did u got when picking up the car? It was quick and went very well. We even meet each other and had a good conversation. At that time We can fairly report to Turo for guest no show as you picked up the car 2 hrs late.
The instructions were as very clear for the return, and u didnt message us any singoe words upon return.
This ratings is unacceptable.
