The host was very slow to respond. The car did not have Bluetooth connectivity, which made it difficult to play music while driving. Also, the car would sometimes shake or vibrate unexpectedly while driving, which was concerning.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. I tested the Bluetooth after the trip and confirmed it is working correctly. The vehicle also passed a full inspection recently, and this is the first time I’ve received a report of any shaking or vibration while driving.
