Car was clean and check in/out was so easy! Host is super easy to communicate with.

The host called me right after I completed the payment to inform me that the car had several issues. I find this extremely unprofessional, as this information should have been disclosed before the booking was confirmed and paid for.
Additionally, during my trip the car broke down due to a battery problem, causing me to lose an entire day of work. I honestly do not understand how a host can fail to properly maintain something as essential as the car battery. If the battery has issues, it is obvious that the vehicle may break down and create serious inconvenience for the guest.
What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of concern or interest shown regarding the problems and disruption caused. I experienced financial loss and significant inconvenience, and there was no effort made to acknowledge or remedy the situation.
We’re really sorry about this extremely rare case where road side assistance was required during a trip. Luckily road side was quick to respond and installed a new battery.
